General Plans

A General Plan is the single, authoritative reference tool for all future development on a military installation. It documents existing conditions of facilities, infrastructure and the environment. It also determines authorizations and makes recommendations for the proposed development direction of the base and all of its occupants.

Our site survey is as thorough as possible in order to ensure that requirements reflect not only space needs but also functional and operational adequacy. Deliverables include summaries for all proposed projects that translate directly into a DD Form 1391 but also include information about critical staging and Operational and Maintenance (O&M) tail dollar estimates.
