The Metroplex Plans developed by Rexroad APG provide a 30-year regional outlook for US Army Reserve (USAR) land and facilities that are located in the Metropolitan areas as a modified Regional Real Property Master Plan (RPMP). The overall intent of the Plan is to establish the foundation for real property management and development, provide the Regional Readiness Command (RRC) with the data and methodology that will support the best use of existing land and facilities, to ensure an orderly transition in meeting future operational requirements, provide improved facilities and more effective training to Army Reserve Soldiers, promote USAR Soldier quality of life within the overall Metroplex area, and establish USAR installations as valued neighbors and trusted partners with surrounding communities.
