New Building Purchased for Continued Growth at Rexroad APG
As a part of our ongoing expansion, Rexroad APG is proud to announce we are moving to our own building with room to grow. In 2003, Rexroad APG began occupying 500 square feet with two full time employees. We were lucky enough to keep the same address through a building renovation and expansion into an additional 3,000 square feet for 12 additional employees. Our plans for growth required us to begin looking at alternatives and we found the perfect building at 1122 N. El Paso. The building is currently undergoing renovation according to plans that were developed through a charrette process with all staff members. Many creative and sustainable principles were included as a result. For example, there will be a secure area for personal and company bicycles to encourage employees to exercise or ride downtown for lunch. In addition, a roof top patio area will entice employees to work wirelessly in the fresh air. The renovation is scheduled for completion in March of 2010 and an ‘open house’ event will soon follow.
