Barb Hough, Project Manager/Principal
Ms. Hough has experience in all aspects of GIS development, including needs assessment, system design, object modeling, database design, data development, technical writing, on-site training, and a solid background in project management. She successfully supervised more than 60 separate GIS projects for several federal agencies while retaining the technical knowledge that enables her to actively participate in all phases of GIS development.
Ms. Hough is an active member of GeoBase, an organization that develops policy and guidance for geospatial information within the Air Force and throughout the DoD. Ms. Hough has coordinated with the US Army Installation Geospatial Information and Services (IGI&S) Program in support of Army policy and projects. She has completed the Implementation of Spatial Data Standard (SDSFIE) workshop as well as ArcGIS training.
